Product quality is of paramount importance for the Strutfast brand. For this reason, the products are designed to meet all relevant local & international standards and the performance capabilities of all of our cable carrying products are categorised to the NEMA and/or IEC international standards.
All relevant products are tested on a NEMA test station before being released onto the market. These load tests are independently verified by test bodies such as SABS and Gerotek when required. We believe that we are unique with this high emphasis on quality, reliability and capability of our products. For example, we understand that we are the only South African brand who guarantees that our NEMA 20B & 20C ladder systems fully comply with the standard and who also guarantee the load bearing capabilities, having had these tests independently verified. Specific application tests for clients are also undertaken and we welcome visits from our clients who wish to see observe these tests being carried out.
All of the manufacturing facilities are regularly audited to ensure that product quality, output capacity and DOTIF levels are in line with client expectations. This manufacturing network allows us to gear up quickly for large specific projects without compromising on day-to-day project requirements.
